Suggestions / Customer Responsibilities:
There are actions we suggest all consumers take prior to and during any online/mail/phone order transaction.
If you are unsure if the part is correct for a vehicle PLEASE contact us before ordering. We are very happy to research and make sure you are getting the right part. We do not want to sell you something that will not work for you.
Please make certain of the year of your car. If there is any question, please look at your state automobile registration form.
Please inspect all items when you receive them. All warranty periods begin on the date of shipment.
Please CAREFULLY inspect items prior to installation. This includes prior to delivering them to a third party for installation. We reserve the right to charge a restock fee or refuse credit on parts that have been installed or attempted to install.
Research installation procedures. Improper installation by the customer or any third party voids any and all warranties.
No longer want or need an item:
If you should decide that you do not want an item that is still in brand new condition you may return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please fill out our Online Return Form, email us or call us first to arrange the return. Upon receipt and inspection we will issue a full refund.

All items sold by Blue Lion Automotive that are not custom made to order come with the Blue Lion Automotive 30 Day Total Satisfaction Guarantee. If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with a product please fill out our Online Return Form
to arrange a return for a full refund on the item. Alternatively, you can email us or call us at 1-888-223-6122. All warranties begin on the date of receipt, and are for the original purchaser only.
Blue Lion Automotive 1 Year Warranty
If a part fails during intended use after 30 days but before 1 year, the part can still be exchanged for a replacement. This warranty covers the cost of the part only and does not cover any labor or return shipping costs. To continue the warranty on the replacement part, the failed part will need to be returned to Blue Lion Automotive within 30 days. The warranty will become void otherwise.
Warranties cover the part only and do not cover any damage, labor, or other inconveniences incurred. This warranty is voided if the part has been modified or used outside of their stated applications. In some cases, additional pieces may be included with the parts that are not pictured or noted; the warranties do not cover any of these add-ons. Items that are intended to wear (fans, motors, etc) are only warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship under intended use, normal wear and tear does not apply.
Parts that have been installed cannot be returned for credit, only exchanged for a replacement. Custom made items are sold as-is and cannot be returned. Return shipping is only covered under the 30-day Blue Lion Automotive warranty within the continental United States.
Blue Lion Automotive Fit Guarantee:
There is nothing more frustrating than ordering a part only to find out that it won't fit your car like the retailer said it would. You can rest assured that all the parts we carry will fit the vehicles that they are listed for. Blue Lion Automotive does all the research for you. All the parts we carry are guaranteed to fit the vehicles they are listed for. If a product does not fit the vehicle that it is listed for, Blue Lion Automotive will make arrangements for a return or an exchange for the correct part and Blue Lion Automotive will pay for return shipping. It's just another way that Blue Lion Automotive will be there for you.
If there is a problem with the fit of a part, we may ask you for your vehicle identification number (VIN) and other information about your vehicle. Your help is very valuable to us in determining the reason for a fit issue.
Incorrect Item Received:
If you suspect you have received an incorrect item, please call 1-888-223-6122. The correct item will be sent at no charge.
Damage from shipping or non-receipt of a shipment:
Please notify us within 10 business days from date of receipt of any damage caused by shipping. This is so we can make a claim against the carrier if appropriate. If damage should occur during shipping please:

We at Blue Lion Automotive strive to maintain our website, email quotes, and written quotes to be as accurate as possible with regard to price and content. Changes in supplier cost, website re-structuring, and human error can effect the prices and descriptions. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We will always email or call if an item should be priced differently, or an error in the listing is discovered.

For that reason we offer a No Hassle fit guarantee. If a product does not fit the vehicle that it is listed for, Blue Lion Automotive will send out a replacement or refund the cost of the part.
